How long until my order ships?

Non custom orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

Do you have a return policy?

All custom orders are final sale. With that said, I do my very best to make sure you are happy with what I have created for you. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product and I will do my very best to make it right.

If I want something custom, how do I go about it?

The best way to go about a custom order is to send me an email at amedetails at gmail.com or leave a message here on the site. I will be in touch with you within two business days. From there, we can discuss what you are interested in.

How long until my custom order is ready?

Custom orders vary depending on the project. Every project depends on the amount of projects ahead of yours, how quickly the conversation between us in deciding details takes and the amount of time to make the product. On average, custom stamps take 2-3 weeks to ship, painted calligraphy wood signs take about 4-5 weeks to ship and envelopes start at 4 weeks.
